Senior / Associate Solicitor - Personal Injury (4+ Years PQE)

Location: Glasgow (with hybrid options)
⏱ Contract: Full-time (35 hours)
Salary: Up to 60K+

Role Overview

You will:

• Manage your own caseload of higher-value and complex personal injury claims
• Handle cases involving road traffic accidents, employer liability, and public liability
• Lead on litigation matters, including court work
• Collaborate effectively with Counsel and other stakeholdersWork directly with clients and represent the firm professionally

This is a client-facing role, predominantly office-based in Glasgow, with hybrid working available once fully established in the position.

About You

To thrive in this role, you must have:

• 4+ years PQE in Personal Injury litigation
• Proven experience managing complex injury cases
• Strong litigation and court experience
• Confidence communicating with Counsel and clients
• A proactive, organised, and solution-focused mindset

Experience in Clinical Negligence work would be a significant advantage and is highly regarded for this position.
