Family Help offers intensive and timely family support from Targeted Early Help to Child in Need.
As a Senior Practitioner you will support the Team Manager in delivering a high‑quality Child in Need service, establishing strong and consistent professional relationships, responding quickly and intensively to families, and supporting children and families to build strength, resilience, confidence and parenting capacity.
