Leading NI Building & Civils Contractor working on a £20M + Project in Major UK City.

Inform3 Recruitment is delighted to be working with one of Northern Ireland's Top Tier Building and Civil Engineering Contractors.

This multi award winning company has an excellent reputation for developing their staff and produce award winning Projects year on year.

This Contractor boasts over 80 years' experience delivering some of Irelands and the UK's most prestigious developments. The company is now looking to add a Senior Site Manager to their Management team for a £20M + Commercial project that has just started – still at piling stages.

Requirements

  • A Degree in Construction Management or similar Trade Qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience working as a Site Manager with a Main Contractor in NI or ROI.
  • Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations and ability to implement these regulations on site.
  • Experience working on commercial projects valued over £10M
  • Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
  • Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
