• Experience managing teams in high volume residential building projects.
• Up to date knowledge of health and safety and building legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day running of the development site.
• Implement health and safety procedures with site staff.
• Maintain site records including safety and production logs.

Skills

Effective communication and listening skills

Good administration skills

Ability to work on own and as part of a team

Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office)

Education

GCSE Maths and English – Grade C/4 or above

Valid CSCS card at Site Manager level

Valid SMSTS certificate

Valid First Aid certificate
