A community support organization in Norwich is seeking a temporary Senior Shift Team Member for a 24-hour per week role. The position involves providing trauma-informed support to individuals who may have faced homelessness, addiction, or mental health challenges. Responsibilities include providing support in various projects and taking part in flexible shifts including weekends. We have a temporary part time 24hrs per week vacancy (fixed term contract until 31st January 2027) for a Senior Shift Team Member, shift work including weekends and sleep in shifts (£70.47 per sleep in shift)
The main purpose of the job is to understand and work with adults who may have experienced trauma linked to homelessness, addiction, mental or physical health needs, family breakdown, criminal activity and other disadvantages.
The post holder will be part of a team providing person centred and trauma informed support to single homeless people living within homeless services accommodation.
