A healthcare organization in East Kilbride is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support operational and performance management within University Hospital Hairmyres. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a clinical service at a senior level, strong skills in service improvement, and a degree in a relevant discipline. This full-time role offers a supportive environment and opportunities for professional growth, along with NHS benefits including annual leave and pension scheme.
The successful candidate will work as key member of the Management Team supporting the Service Manager and the Management Team in the operational and performance management of the Service.
They will also make recommendations to the service and provide guidance to staff on service redesign and improvement initiatives in line with NHS Lanarkshire’s strategic objectives.
