A prominent NHS organization is seeking a Senior Service Manager for the Imaging Division in Scunthorpe. In this role, you will lead administrative services, ensuring patient safety and delivery of effective imaging services. You will work closely with the Imaging Senior Leadership Team and play a significant role in developing business strategies while managing the operational workforce. As Senior Service Manager for the Imaging Division, you will have delegated responsibility and autonomy for the delivery of safe and effective imaging services, ensuring all targets and deadlines are met. You will provide leadership for the admin workforce, play a key role in service delivery and utilisation, and contribute to the development of business plans and strategy. You’ll work closely with the Imaging Senior Leadership Team, Divisional Managers, Modality Leads, Consultant Medical Staff, Radiographers, Workforce, Finance, and system partners.
