Senior Service Coordinator

📍 Glasgow

We are working with a well-established, market-leading lift company in Glasgow who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Coordinator to support their growing operations team.

This is a key role within the business, acting as a central point of coordination between engineers, clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring works are planned, communicated, and delivered efficiently.

The Role
  • Coordinate planned, reactive, and project works across a large engineer workforce
  • Act as a senior point of contact for clients, handling queries and escalations
  • Plan engineer schedules to maximise productivity and meet service level agreements
  • Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintain accurate records within internal systems and produce reports as required
  • Support and mentor junior coordinators within the team
  • Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety and company procedures
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in a senior coordination, scheduling, or planning role (engineering, lifts, FM, construction, or similar environment)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident dealing with engineers, clients, and senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing workloads, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling escalations and problem-solving
  • Good IT skills (planning systems, Microsoft Office, CRM/CAFM systems)
  • Lift industry experience would be an advantage but is not essential
