Role Overview

Join our team as a Senior Security Officer and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organisation. In this leadership position, you will oversee all aspects of physical and operational security, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, assets, and information. You'll implement robust security policies, supervise security personnel, and coordinate with external agencies to maintain a secure environment.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Security Officer will include managing daily security operations, conducting regular patrols, and assessing potential risks to prevent incidents. You'll lead by example, assigning duties and ensuring adherence to security protocols while investigating breaches and recommending corrective actions. Responsibilities

You'll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

  • Assign duties and ensure adherence to security patrols
  • Oversee daily security operations including access control, surveillance, and incident reports
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify vulnerabilities
  • Assess potential threats and develop initiative-taking measures to minimise risks
  • Investigate security breaches, prepare incident reports and recommend corrective actions
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and crisis management plans
  • Function as the primary point of contact during emergencies

Qualifications
