Job description
Overview

Design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security and alignment with architectural standards. Act as design authority for changes, conducting code/design reviews and championing Salesforce best practices (Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations). Oversee release management: define and improve deployment standards using tools like Gearset Project Pipelines; set release gates and reduce deployment risk. Drive improvements in delivery processes across Design, Build, Test and Release; identify gaps and implement pragmatic solutions to increase reliability and speed. Collaborate with internal/external teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship; translate complex topics for non-technical stakeholders.

About you

Extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs). Strong background in enterprise-scale solution design and release management (including Gearset Project Pipelines). Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations and deployment strategies. Process-driven, organised, pragmatic and calm under pressure, especially around releases. Excellent communicator, able to influence and lead across teams without direct management responsibility. Preferable: Salesforce Lightning, App Builder, Data Cloud, Agile delivery, previous technical/delivery lead experience. Desirable certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Administrator.

Interview Process

2-stage interview, including one on-site in the Bristol office.

Working Schedule

Based in Bristol, BS1 5HL. This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid flexible working pattern available to enable the option of working from home.
