Senior Sales Specialist

Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire (Office-Based)

Salary: Circa £30k DOE + Commission

Hours: Monday 08:30-16:30 and Tuesday to Friday 08:30-17:00

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and relationship building? We are looking for a driven and proactive Senior Sales Specialist to join our client's team based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. In this role, you will focus on growing business by engaging new and existing customers, delivering compelling sales presentations, and consistently exceeding targets.

Main Purpose of the Role

To actively and effectively sell a range of specialist products across the UK market, building lasting customer relationships and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Actively seek orders and use cross-selling/upselling techniques to increase sales
  • Make proactive outbound calls and follow up leads to secure new business
  • Conduct in-person and phone-based product presentations and demonstrations
  • Generate a healthy pipeline of leads and convert them into opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets
  • Undertake cold calling to identify and engage new prospects
  • Support other departments during peak times or staff absences
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Commit to ongoing learning and product knowledge development
  • Follow all company procedures and uphold high standards of professionalism
What We Are Looking For

  • If you have experience in the arts and entertainment industry this is a bonus
