The agency is one of the largest volume offices in the North West, handling a wide range of residential properties across North Cheshire and South Manchester. They pride themselves on delivering outstanding results for their clients through exceptional customer service and a proactive sales approach.

The Role
  • Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and provide tailored advice
  • Conduct property viewings and highlight key features
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes
  • Manage administrative tasks including property listings and records
  • Liaise with colleagues, clients, and external agencies to ensure smooth transactions
  • Assist with marketing properties across multiple channels, including social media
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets and business goals
