Senior Sales Executive – High Earnings Potential & Career Progression

Location: Birmingham (Office-based with occasional travel)

Salary: £32,500 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £70k – £140k+, with top earners hitting £140k+)

Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm (+ occasional weekend events)

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Self‑generate and close deals: Work on opportunities ranging from £2k to £50k product packages.
  • Travel regularly to events, exhibitions, and client sites to build relationships and close high‑value deals.
  • Deliver persuasive pitches and presentations in person, with a focus on event‑based closing.
  • Upsell and cross‑sell clients into higher‑value programs and long‑term solutions.
  • Manage your pipeline: Maintain consistent prospecting efforts, ensuring accurate forecasting and hitting monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and the wider team to maximize new business opportunities.
  • Weekend events: Attend 1‑2 weekend events per month to capitalize on key opportunities (time off in lieu or overtime pay offered).

  • At least 2 years' experience in a sales environment, ideally with a proven track record of closing high‑value deals ranging from £2k to £50k+.
  • Excellent face‑to‑face sales skills and strong negotiation abilities.
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (regular travel is required).
