A technology firm in the UK is seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager to support and drive sales of their Roxspur product portfolio. The role involves analyzing market trends, building customer relationships, and implementing sales strategies. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in process instrumentation and experience selling in various markets including Industrial and Aerospace. This position offers a competitive salary and is flexible in terms of remote work.
As our Sales and Business Development Manager, you will support, manage, and drive sales and growth of the full Roxspur product portfolio.
You will support our customers in the selection and application of our comprehensive range of temperature, pressure and flow products, as well as our calibration services.
Ambitious and results orientated, you will drive the business development and growth, and provide valuable feedback to support the design and development of new products.
Initially we will reach out to you for an informal conversation about the role. This will allow you the opportunity to ask questions and find out more about TT, our site and our team. It will also give us the chance to learn more about you and your experience to date. At this point both parties have the opportunity to decide if they would like to continue with the process.
Due to the specific projects TT Electronics supports we are unable to sponsor work visas. Candidates will be required to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard Clearance.

This role may be completed remotely, or from any of our regional locations, with a requirement to attend our Sheffield site on a regular basis.
Travel is required approximately 50% of the time with some overnight stays.
