Senior Sales Broker

Location: London (Head office in North London & travel to sites)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 basic+ uncapped commission (OTE £75,000 - £100,000 Year 1)

Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday with day in lieu)

About the opportunity

An established London housebuilder with over 25 years of delivering premium residential developments is seeking a senior sales negotiator to join their expanding team. Following significant investment from a leading UAE developer, this business is entering an ambitious growth phase with an exciting pipeline of developments across prime London locations.

This position offers the rare combination of selling premium London property whilst having access to an international portfolio. You'll be part of a small, tight-knit team of three where your contributions genuinely matter, working on landmark schemes. The business operates with a refreshingly relaxed, trusted approach-low staff turnover reflects the quality of the working environment. With a robust pipeline launching over the coming months, you'll have varied stock to work with, appealing to different buyer profiles and keeping the role engaging.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead sales negotiations across the UK portfolio of residential developments
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion
  • Conduct viewings at various development sites across London
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, solicitors and financial advisers
  • Generate referral opportunities across the international portfolio
  • Provide market feedback and insights to inform pricing and marketing strategies
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
  • Represent the brand at launch events and property shows
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a sales negotiator within new homes or premium residential property
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Confident communication abilities with high-net-worth clients
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays with time back in lieu
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
