Job summary

A leading RF communications company in Cambridge is seeking a Senior RF Engineer. This role involves providing advanced engineering and design services for complex RF systems across multiple industries, including defence and healthcare. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience designing RF-based circuits, strong analogue design skills, and ideally a degree in Electronics Engineering. A hybrid working model is offered, and applicants must be sole British nationals with the ability to obtain SC/DV clearance.

Working pattern: Full time, Hybrid.

Key skills and experience

• Educated to degree level in Electronics Engineering or similar (MEng would be ideal)
• 5+ years industry experience in designing RF-based circuits (radio / radar ideal)
• Experience designing products and modules across the full design lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of RF, analogue design & simulation.
• Team leadership & management is highly beneficial.
