Directive, a remote-first marketing agency, is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to own the systems behind Marketing and Sales. You’ll manage CRM across Salesforce and HubSpot, lead routing, attribution, and the tech stack that ties it all together, working with executives, finance, and the marketing team.

You’ll streamline data integrity, oversee email marketing programs, and optimise the MarTech budget. A results-driven, autonomous operator who thrives in a remote setting will excel.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in marketing or revenue operations for B2B SaaS.
• Advanced Salesforce admin skills and HubSpot experience.
• Hands-on with lead routing tools LeanData and Chili Piper.
• Strong attribution, lead-source governance, and offline tracking.
• Ability to build funnel reports and pacing models.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership.
• Experience vendor management and MarTech budgeting.
• Comfort as a sole operator in a remote environment.

• Own CRM architecture across Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Run end-to-end lead routing and scheduling.
• Own attribution strategy and offline tracking.
• Produce weekly/monthly full-funnel performance reports.
• Maintain Growth Dashboard and MoM/QoQ trackers.
• Protect data integrity: deduplication, validation, enrichment.
• Lead email marketing end-to-end and test variations.
• Manage MarTech stack budgets and renewals.
• Train staff on Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.
• Design and enforce pipeline stages and goals.
