Job summary

Directive Consulting seeks an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead and scale our RevOps practice. You will guide a team of RevOps strategists, own complex client engagements, and stay hands-on in Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, CRM or Marketing Ops.
• Experience in agency or professional services environments.
• People management and team leadership experience.
• Active Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Hands-on SFDC Sales Cloud administration and design.
• Experience leading complex RevOps engagements (audits, migrations, integrations).
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of RevOps specialists; manage workload and quality.
• Oversee client engagements; ensure high-quality strategic and technical work.
• Guide architecture in Salesforce and marketing automation environments.
• Audit, implement, integrate, and optimize Salesforce and MAPs.
• Translate complex findings into executive-ready recommendations.
• Maintain delivery health, capacity, and risk visibility across the team.
• Identify expansion opportunities with Account Directors and leadership.
• Support pre-sales and new business discussions for RevOps opportunities.
