Job summary

Directive Consulting is seeking an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead and scale our RevOps practice. The role blends leadership with hands-on Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot expertise in a client-facing setting.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive strategic engagements, audits, integrations, andOptimizations, while mentoring a team of RevOps Strategists and ensuring delivery quality across multiple client projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, CRM/Marketing Ops, or related field.
• Agency/consulting background supporting multiple client engagements.
• 1–2+ years of direct people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Revenue Operations practice as a senior, client-facing leader.
• Mentor and oversee RevOps Strategists; guide architecture and audits.
• Run hands-on Salesforce, Pardot, and HubSpot projects and integrations.
• Translate complex technical findings for executive stakeholders.
• Oversee scoping, deliverables, and client engagements to ensure quality.
