We seek an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead a team of RevOps strategists, own client engagements, and guide architecture across Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot.

The role blends leadership with hands-on technical work, including audits, integrations, and optimization projects, while partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations or related roles.
• Experience in agency/consultancy environment with multiple client engagements.
• 1–2+ years of direct people management or team leadership.
• Active Salesforce Administrator Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Revenue Operations Solution Engineers.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client and technical challenges.
• Own or oversee strategic client relationships and ensure delivery quality.
• Lead audits and implementations across Salesforce, HubSpot and marketing automation.
• Provide hands-on expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pardot and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Translate technical findings into clear recommendations for executives.
• Review strategist work for technical accuracy before client delivery.
• Support scoping, solution design and new business discussions for RevOps opportunities.
