Job summary

Directive Consulting is seeking an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead and scale our RevOps practice. This is a senior, client-facing player-coach role combining people leadership with deep technical expertise across Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot.

You will mentor a team of RevOps strategists, oversee complex client engagements, and ensure high-quality strategic and technical work, stepping into client environments to guide architecture and troubleshoot challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, CRM consulting, Marketing Operations, Salesforce consulting, or related field.
• Experience in agency/consultancy environment supporting multiple client engagements.
• 1–2+ years of direct people management or team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Revenue Operations Solution Engineers, including workload management and performance support.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client and technical challenges.
• Own or oversee strategic client relationships with strong communication and delivery quality.
• Lead and support Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation audits, implementations, integrations, and optimization projects.
• Provide hands-on expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Design lifecycle architecture, lead management, routing, automation, integrations, attribution, reporting, and data governance.
