The Role

Main duties will include supporting the Retrofit Compliance Manager and the wider Decarbonisation Department.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for project tracking, ensuring all PAS2035/PAS2030/MCS steps are completed to ensure compliance and enable lodgement with Trustmark and funding drawdown.
  • Weekly and/or monthly reporting, both internal teams and external clients.
  • Oversight and management of external customer portals and internal SharePoint sites.
  • Support branch teams to deliver decarbonisation projects including training staff on processes and compliance where necessary.
  • Support Retrofit Compliance Manager with internal and external audits, both desktop and on site.
  • Liaise with clients and branch delivery teams.
Key Skills
  • Knowledge of PAS2030 and PAS2035 is essential.
  • Understanding of Government funding for decarbonisation preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to manage own workload as well as that of the team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Word), SharePoint.
  • Ability to communicate with all stakeholders in a range of mediums.
