Job summary

A leading residential care provider in Wakefield is looking for a Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker to foster the emotional resilience of young people in their care. The role offers a salary range based on qualifications, flexible working hours, and numerous benefits, including a sleep-in allowance and annual leave. Applicants must have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and experience with vulnerable youth. This is a full-time position with responsibilities including supporting young people's development and managing care plans.

  • Promote the welfare of young people in accordance with safeguarding standards.

Education
