Job description

Ref: 35483

There’s no shortage of coverage on climate policy. The real impact lies in finding the money, the buyers, the lenders, and the projects changing hands before anyone else knows they’re moving. This role is built for a journalist who cares less about press releases and more about originations, capital flow, and deal-making in clean energy.

A new name in B2B intelligence, used by major developers, investors, lenders and advisors is expanding its European coverage. They deliver actionable insight across renewables project finance, M&A, regulation and investment strategy. With rapid growth across Europe, they are looking for an experienced reporter to lead scoop-driven coverage on the markets shaping utility‑scale and distributed generation assets.

You will track deals from early‑stage development through financing and acquisition. Expect a heavy emphasis on building relationships with senior lenders, developers, investors and advisors and turning their insights into market‑moving exclusives. If you enjoy off‑diary sourcing and spotting financial implications behind policy, financing structures and corporate strategy, this job gives you the platform to become a go‑to voice in the sector.
