A healthcare organization in Cinderford seeks a Senior Rehabilitation Assistant to support rehabilitation through assessments and quality care in clients' homes. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and encouraging independence in clients. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and proficiency with IT systems.
Senior Rehabilitation Assistants work with our Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Reablement Coordinators to undertake assessments and provide review to ensure people are receiving the right level of input and / or re working on their outcome based goals.
Senior Rehabilitation Assistants work as part of a close team undertaking activities according to people's individual goal plans, encouraging them to do as much as possible for themselves, to live well and safely in their own homes. They also work with the Reablement coordinators to support and maintain quality standards of work delivered by the Rehabilitation Assistants.
