Senior Recruitment Consultant - Perm Desk (UK → Singapore)

What You'll Be Doing

• Sourcing Specialist Talent: Identify, assess and place experienced professionals into senior and hard‑to‑fill permanent roles
• Innovative Search Strategies: Apply advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, direct headhunting and market mapping
• Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with candidates to ensure a robust and active talent pool
• Client Relationship Management: Develop trusted partnerships with clients through regular contact, site visits and face‑to‑face meetings
• Consultative Recruitment Approach: Understand client technical, regulatory and commercial requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure full adherence to NES Fircroft quality standards, industry regulations and client‑specific compliance processes
• Desk & Workload Management: Successfully manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast‑paced permanent recruitment environment
