Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience in recruitment
• Experience in Industrial recruitment would be an advantage, but is not essential
• A track record of working towards targets and building client relationships
• Driven, proactive, and confident in managing your own workload
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same

And what will you be doing?

• Proactively generating new business via B2B calls, meetings, and LinkedIn outreach
• Negotiate fees to maximise your commercial impact
• Manage and grow client accounts, becoming their go‑to recruitment partner
• Write engaging job adverts and use social media to attract top talent
• Source candidates through job boards and referrals
• Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment cycle
• Ensure compliance with RTW checks and internal processes
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
