Prospero Teaching is expanding our Liverpool office and we're looking for a driven Senior Consultant to grow our presence across Merseyside.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development - Drive growth by developing new school partnerships and nurturing existing ones through regular school visits and account management.
  • Candidate Sourcing - Attract, interview, and place high-quality education professionals in temporary and long-term roles.
  • Sales Focused - Manage a full 360 desk with a focus on smashing commission and contributing to team billings.
  • Compliance Management - Ensure all placements meet strict DfE and safeguarding standards.
