Senior Recruitment Consultant - Logistics Sector
Location: Wakefield
Full-time with Career Progression Opportunities

Salary: 30-35 + Bonus Scheme

Are you an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a passion for the logistics and supply chain sector? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where results and relationships matter? If so, we want to hear from you.

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant: You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, developing long-term client relationships, resourcing and placing professional drivers in roles from Van to Class 1 level.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships within the logistics and supply chain sector
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: resourcing, interviewing, filling vacancies, Payroll, Sales & Servicing.
• Develop a strong pipeline of candidates & Clients through networking, Advertising, headhunting, and referrals
• Cover Out of Hours and On-Call on a weekly rota with other Logistics team members
• Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs

About You

2+ years of 360 recruitment experience (ideally in logistics & supply chain sectors)
Proven billing track record in the logistics sector
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, passionate and resilient
Ready to take your recruitment career to the next level
