Senior Recruitment Consultant

Are you an accomplished, results-driven recruitment professional seeking a new environment where your expertise is truly valued?

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant who will leverage their existing experience and our extensive network to place high-calibre professionals within one of our core specialist practices – Manufacturing & Engineering, Technical & Quality, Sales & Marketing, and Supply Chain & Procurement.

Key Accountabilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Expertly manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment process across your specialist sector, from initial client engagement and job qualification to candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and successful placement follow-up.
  • Business Development & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and secure new client partnerships (from SMEs to PLCs) through targeted outreach, networking, and expert consultation, leveraging your market knowledge to establish trust and win retained and contingent business.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Relationship Management: Utilise a diverse range of sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, database searching, networking, and referrals) to attract high-calibre professionals, building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Sector Expertise & Market Intelligence: Continuously deepen your knowledge within your designated sector, as a "trusted advisor" to provide valuable market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent trends to both clients and candidates.
  • Consultative Selling & Negotiation: Deliver a highly professional and consultative service, guiding clients through complex hiring decisions and expertly negotiating terms of business, salaries, and offer details to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Achieving & Exceeding Targets: Meet and exceed agreed-upon KPIs and financial targets, consistently contributing to the team's revenue goals and maintaining a strong track record of successful placements.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking established recruiters with solid experience. While sector knowledge is beneficial, our belief is that if you have the core recruitment skills, sector knowledge can be learnt and developed within our expert team.

You will be:
  • A proactive and resilient recruiter, confident in both client and candidate relationship management, with a proven track record of successfully running a 360 desk.
  • An exceptional communicator who thrives at business development and excels at building long-lasting relationships.
  • Commercially astute, with an eye for detail and passion for excellence.
  • Tenacious, understanding, and highly professional in your approach to clients and candidates.
