Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the rail sector.
• Strong background in railway signalling projects.
• In-depth knowledge of NEC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of railway signalling projects from pre-contract through to final account.
• Management of budgets, forecasts, CVRs, and cost control.
• Supporting project and engineering teams to ensure commercial best practice.
