Qualifications

• Holds or nearing completion of Full Membership or aspiring to commence either the RICS or CICES.
• Have experience of risk management processes for both schedule and cost.
• Have a good understanding of a variety of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Commercially manage your own portfolio of projects from development to final account.
• Assist with preparation of monthly progress valuations.
• Produce and monitor Commercial / Contractual correspondence.

Skills

Experience of NEC form of Contract

Significant commercial experience preferably in the water sector

Understanding of business systems and cost analysis

Education

Relevant degree / equivalent in Quantity Surveying
