Job description

Due to an increase in workload on their South West Water schemes, our client, a top Utilities Contractor has the need for a freelance Senior QS to be based from their offices in Swindon.

Duties

• Populating Monthly report (CVR / DES)
• Submitting client AFP
• Carry out project procurement
• Assess supply chain AFP and compiling final account
• Costs control and driving up value
• Mitigating project risks
• Maximising cash collection

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and have Water experience gained with Main Contractors.

In return, a top day rate is on offer along with an immediate start in January and an ongoing contract.
