Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in reinforced concrete and civil engineering environments.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC3 / NEC4 Conditions of Contract.
• Proven experience in cost management, valuation, variations, and change control within RC and civils projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual aspects of RC and civils packages.
• Prepare, submit, and negotiate compensation events in line with NEC requirements.
• Produce monthly commercial reports and cost/value reconciliations.
