Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience for QS, 5+ years for SQS in rail or infrastructure.
• Experience in managing packages including MEP/M&E, Steelwork, and Civils.
• Expert knowledge of NEC contracts is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial lifecycle of diverse packages.
• Prepare and submit detailed Applications for Payment.
• Administer contracts and manage change events.
• Negotiate final accounts with subcontractors and clients.
