The candidate should have profound knowledge of construction contracts, particularly NEC3/4, along with strong Excel skills and stakeholder management abilities. Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of standard forms of contract required.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, CEMAR, and Oracle systems needed.
  • Experience with NEC3/4 Option C is essential.
  • Professional qualification (MCIOB or MRICS, or working towards it) is necessary.
  • Experience in Civil Engineering (Highways, Rail, Water, Aviation) is needed.

Responsibilities

  • Produce Subcontract documentation and manage subcontract works packages.
  • Issue commercial notices to Clients and Subcontractors as per the contract.
  • Manage timely contract changes and submit monthly applications.
