• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• Demonstrable experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of procurement, cost planning, and contract administration.

• Deliver full pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services.
• Prepare cost plans, budgets, tender documents, and procurement strategies.
