Senior Quantity Surveyor - Manchester (On-Site Role)

Working on a major infrastructure upgrade project

Based on site with regional project work thereafter

Senior QS / Managing QS / Commercial Manager - Bury St Edmunds & Saxmundham

Part of the Great Grid Upgrade, these roles will support major energy infrastructure works including:

• Substation construction
• Road construction & civils packages
• Earthworks, drainage & reinforced steel structures
• Large-scale power and infrastructure delivery

Package: Up to £95k + car/allowance + bonus + full benefits
Subsistence/relocation support available

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end commercial management on major civils & energy projects
• Managing subcontractors, procurement, forecasting and reporting
• NEC contract administration (NEC3 / NEC4)
• Maintaining cost control and commercial governance

• Leading or assisting with commercial teams depending on level
