• Experience in civil engineering contracting is beneficial.
• Membership of RICS, ICES, or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit applications for payment and final accounts.
• Ensure timely receipt of payments aligned with contract terms.
• Support tendering and estimating processes.
• Produce weekly cost/value reports and monthly reconciliations.
• Mentor and support trainee/apprentice Quantity Surveyors.
