Qualifications

• Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor (or equivalent).
• Strong civil engineering project experience.
• Excellent knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, negotiating and analysing budgets and cost plans.
• Ensuring all subcontractors are compliant.
• Procuring subcontractors and preparing order documentation.
• Assessing and certifying subcontractor interim payments.
• Advising on contractual and legal matters.
