  • Experience on major or complex projects in civils, infrastructure, or energy sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts.

  • Manage contracts, variations, claims, and procurement processes.

The Opportunity

You will play a leading role in commercial and cost management, overseeing all QS responsibilities on a technically complex programme of works.   • Prepare, review, and manage project cost plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage contracts, variations, claims, and procurement processes across the supply chain.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to senior project leadership.
  • Support risk management, contract negotiation, and change control processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior QS and commercial team members.
