Recruit4staff are representing a well-established manufacturing business in their search for a Senior Quality Manager to work in Hayes

Job Details :

• Pay : Up to £69,000 per annum (Bonus : 12%, Company Car / Allowance)
• Hours of Work : Monday to Friday, Day role
• Duration : Permanent
• Benefits : Pension 8%, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Private healthcare

Job Role :

As the Senior Quality Manager, you will lead a quality team of five, including 2 Quality Managers and 3 Inspectors, across two sites in Heathrow and Tewksbury. Your focus will be on driving compliance, improving customer satisfaction, and embedding continuous improvement practices. You'll ensure delivery of high-quality products, develop and evolve quality systems, lead improvement initiatives, and maintain readiness for customer and regulatory audits.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications :

• Extensive experience in a Quality role at a senior or management level within a manufacturing environment
• Working and audit knowledge relevant to accredited standards
• Experience in a manufacturing / production environment with knowledge of industry standards and guidelines
