Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Quality Engineer or similar.
• Experience leading or managing other people.
• Experience managing expectations from other departments.
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAPs, D/PFMEAs, Control Plans, and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four engineers while remaining hands-on.
• Ensure product quality meets necessary standards.
• Complete all APQP tasks including PPAPs and Control Plans.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders in R&D and Projects.
