Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to integrate into a wide network.
• Experienced quality professional, preferably within operations or industrial validation.
• Excellent technical product knowledge, ideally in manufacturing.
• Ability to identify risks and drive suitable mitigation solutions.
• Practitioner of current QA problem-solving methods like 8D and RCA.
• Ability to lead a team of Quality Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a senior quality team in Transfer of Technology.
• Generate and review bids and resource estimates.
• Define new quality processes for Transfer of Technology.
• Offer expertise in support of phase gates and product certification.
• Plan quality-focused training to increase process awareness.
• Lead industrial validation activities for quality assurance.
