About the role
At Hargreaves Lansdown (HL), we’re passionate about making it easy and rewarding for people to engage with their finances. Due to an internal promotion we’re looking for a strategic and driven Senior Public Policy Manager to take a leading role in shaping HL’s policy positions, influencing regulatory and political stakeholders, and developing thought leadership that positions HL as the leading voice in retail investment.What you’ll be doing

Interview process
The selection process will incorporate competency-based questions including an assessment of your technical knowledge and transferable skills. For candidates who progress to the next stage, there will be written task to prepare and deliver.
Working Schedule
This role is based in Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer a hybrid flexible working pattern to enable you the option of working from home and coming into the office. We envision this role requiring stakeholder engagement in Bristol on average 1 day per week. There will also be a need to attend regular meetings with external stakeholders in London.
