A leading UK building consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team in South Wales. The role involves leading complex water and rail infrastructure projects end-to-end while managing client relationships and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of project management experience, a degree in a relevant field, and strong leadership skills. This is a key position within a forward-thinking consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years project management experience.
• Proven background delivering water and rail projects.
• Chartered status (ChPP, CEng, MRICS or similar) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client lead on major water and rail programmes.
• Lead projects from inception through to completion.
• Manage and mentor project teams to drive high performance.
• Ensure compliance with governance, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
