Overview

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the logistics, technical planning, resourcing, and quoting that underpin the delivery of world-class live events.

Role Overview

As Senior Project Manager (Operations), you will plan and deliver complex live events end-to-end. Your focus will be on building robust operational plans (people, vehicles, equipment), translating creative and technical requirements into executable schedules, allocating resources, producing quotes and budgets, and maintaining rigorous cost and risk control. You will coordinate suppliers and venues, provide clear internal communications and updates, and deliver a calm, solutions-focused presence on-site.
