This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing migration strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a unique opportunity to join Royal London at the start of building a dedicated capability to lead and deliver migration projects across the organisation. We are looking for an exceptional individual who has delivered multiple migration projects, ideally within a Life and Pensions environment, and would relish the chance to use their experience to help shape how we do things here.
You will strive to ensure business outcomes are clearly understood and associated solutions are delivered to enable the business to realise benefits on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
You will take overall responsibility for planning and leading the delivery of the whole change lifecycle for projects covering both Business and Technical driven migrations, creating a reusable strategy and approach.
