Overview

Job Introduction: This position is a senior project management role with responsibilities associated with Cyber Security specifically around Endpoint Security.

Job Outline: This role is responsible for leading a number of Endpoint Security initiatives within the wider Cybersecurity programme.

Role Responsibility
  • Ensure that all in scope Cyber Security Programme results relating to Endpoint Security are being delivered to agreed timescales and budget
  • Co-ordinate the deployment of Cyber Security controls with security and other stakeholders
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to all stakeholders
  • Use hard and soft skills to influence participants of all levels; balance the need for change with sensitivity to the consequences of change
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Handle project-related finances, including variance analysis, resource forecast to actuals, capitalized vs. non-capitalized hardware and software management
  • Exercise independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience of Cyber project management, with a proven track record of leading a team running multiple workstreams and projects in parallel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work well with all levels of audience
  • Ability to build and retain trust with collaborators across the Group and effectively co-ordinate work
  • Positive, methodical approach and attitude and a strong attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Able to apply analytical and problem-solving skills optimally
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work at pace
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years Project Management experience
  • 5 years + Proven experience of implementing Cyber Security projects
  • A consistent track record of successfully delivering work to specific timeframes, costs and quality
  • Robust Microsoft Office skills
Desirable
  • Industry recognised project or programme management qualification(s).
