The role

You will take ownership of projects across the full lifecycle, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high quality outcomes. This is a hands on role offering real responsibility and the opportunity to influence the continued growth and direction of the business.

The ideal candidate will be proactive motivated and ambitious, with a consultancy background and a strong passion for delivering successful projects.

Key requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager or Building Surveyor within a consultancy environment
• Strong understanding of the full property development cycle including pre contract technical due diligence
• Confidence leading projects managing client relationships and reporting directly to clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team managing workload and supporting junior colleagues
• Good understanding of construction technology quality inspections and reporting
• Experience with construction procurement and contract administration particularly JCT
• Exposure to industrial education and or multi room sectors is advantageous but not essential
• Relevant professional qualification such as MCIOB or RICS
• A stable and demonstrable track record of successful project delivery
